Job Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
Interview and coordinate with candidates
Support onboarding of new interns and employees, including documentation and orientation materials
Assist in offboarding processes such as clearance tracking and feedback collection
HR Operations & Records Management
Assist in monitoring attendance and encoding daily time records (DTR)
Support allowance processing and verification of intern submissions
Help maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records
Assist in preparing HR documents such as memos, forms, and announcements
Coordination, Events & University Relations
Assist in coordinating with partner schools and universities for internship requirements
Help review and organize MOAs and other placement documents
Support HR events, intern activities, and engagement programs
Assist in preparing materials and documentation for HR-led initiatives
Qualifications - we're looking for candidates who:
Are currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related programs
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization in handling records and documentation
Good communication skills for coordination with applicants, interns, and partner institutions
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong time management and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic design tools such as Canva
Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, or HR tracking systems is an advantage
Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, or administrative support work is a plus
