Job Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems Operations
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and technical logs
Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving basic technical issues
Pre-Sales & Technical Solutions Support
Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documents
Support coordination with vendors and technology partners for product and solution information
Help gather and analyze client technical requirements
Assist in aligning technical solutions with business needs under supervision
Client & Internal Technical Support
Support product demonstrations and basic technical walkthroughs
Assist in preparing proof-of-concept (POC) materials and documentation
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate technical information delivery
Qualifications - we're looking for candidates who:
Are currently taking and/or graduating Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, connectivity, etc.) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical users
Detail-oriented, especially in documentation, reporting, and system logs
Willingness to assist in IT support, system maintenance, and technical solution activities
