Marketing Associate Trainee/Intern

Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation, social media campaign management, market research, and B2B lead generation within the fast paced IT industry. The role provides exposure to how marketing is executed in a real enterprise environment, supporting both strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation & Branding

  • Create marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, posters, and product posts
  • Help update and organize content calendars for campaigns
  • Ensure all outputs follow basic brand style and guidelines

Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing company social media platforms by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across channels
  • Help draft captions, marketing announcements, and campaign messages
  • Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, shares) and audience feedback

Campaign Planning, Execution & Lead Generation

  • Assist in planning and supporting online campaigns and product promotions
  • Help identify and research potential business leads through online platforms and campaigns
  • Assist in preparing simple reports on campaign results and suggestions for improvement
  • Coordinate with team members to help ensure smooth campaign execution

Event & Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and marketing initiatives
  • Support preparation of event materials such as promotional designs, programs, and registration forms
  • Help coordinate logistics, communications, and documentation for both online and onsite activities

Administrative & Creative Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations, decks, and proposals
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and marketing files
  • Support coordination with internal teams for required content and information

Qualifications - we're looking for candidates who:

  • Are currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for campaign messaging, coordination, and content creation
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually and contextually aligned marketing outputs
  • Ability to conduct basic market research and interpret competitor, audience, and campaign insights
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively within a structured marketing team environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content publishing workflows (e.g., scheduling, posting, basic analytics)
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is an advantage
  • Exposure to digital marketing, branding, campaign management, or lead generation concepts is an advantage
  • Interest in B2B marketing, technology marketing, or enterprise branding is a plus
  • Open to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting
