Sales Associate Trainee/Intern

Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise sales by assisting in lead generation, client engagement, account coordination, and sales presentations while learning how technology solutions are positioned for business organizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying business opportunities and potential clients through research and lead generation activities
  • Learn how enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions are presented, positioned, and differentiated for organizations
  • Support account management and client relationship activities, including follow-ups and coordination tasks
  • Assist in lead qualification and maintaining updates in sales tracking or CRM tools
  • Participate in client meetings, business presentations, and internal sales discussions
  • Support the preparation of sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and solution summaries
  • Gain exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to opportunity development and client engagement
  • Assist in coordinating with internal technical teams to align client requirements with appropriate solutions

Qualifications - we're looking for candidates who:

  • Are currently taking a 4th-year or graduating student enrolled in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Management, or related programs
  • Have strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Are comfortable engaging with potential clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Have basic understanding or strong interest in B2B sales, technology solutions, or enterprise IT services
  • Are willing to learn customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales processes
  • Can analyze basic market trends and assist in preparing sales reports or summaries
  • Are motivated, proactive, and eager to develop professional sales and business development skills
  • Can confidently participate in meetings, discussions, and client-facing activities under guidance
